The data files in this  directory are restricted, interested users should
apply to feenberg@nber.org to add their names to the authorization list.

Nancy Rose transformed the original S&P Execucomp database to create a 
single Stata flat-file with all the executive and firm data. There is one
observation per person/year, with the firm data added on for the firm
reporting on that person in that year.

The intermediate files are included, and the final results are in   
/home/data/execucomp/rexecmrg.dta.

here and on the cd.
