				The full Union Army sample has been released. This release makes available life cycle data on the full 39,340 sample of Union Army veterans. 
			</p>
			<p>
				Also available now is the final release of the United States Colored Troops sample, where nearly 6,000 veterans of the USCT are represented. 
			</p>
			<p>
				Both releases are now available for download and can be located within the sample selection section of the CPE Data Extraction System. 
			</p>
