		date the beneficiary was discharged from 
		the facility, or died.
 
		Date matches the "thru" date on the claim 
		(CLM_THRU_DT).  When there is a discharge 
		date, the discharge status code 
		(PTNT_DSCHRG_STUS_CD) indicates the final
