1999-2001 United States Cancer Statistics data files.  Files are delimited ASCII files (delimiter = "|").  The first line of the files is a header containing the variable names.  The categories for many variables are text labels.  However, some files have additional columns at the end with numeric codes that are ordered according to the order they appear in USCS (i.e. row or column label order).  These variables may be used to sort the data according to the ordering used in USCS.
